Very clean pool, parking outside. Decent sized units with very good bed, including a hairdryer plus hot chocolate. Marvellous, beautiful location in Luxembourg, next to both downtown and the airport shuttle, Reception manager and Assistant manager.
Not clean bathroom.

The staff is excellent. The food is great. The city is absolutely worth seeing.
4 stars, but no bottle of water in the room. Only a minibar. It costs 0.2 liters / 5 €. With this price per room and number of stars, a bottle of water should be provided.

Here is a lot of renovation needed. Plants are missing or dried up. Not inviting from the outside. At breakfast the small buffet area is crowded. The coffee machines are constantly failing because they are overloaded.

Snakes form at the reception like at breakfast. Breakfast moderate for the price. As an Englishman, I'd probably have answered positively about bacon and beans. The trip to town is awkward. I didn't like it at the hotel because of the mass processing. The rooms otherwise top . Dogs cost about 17€ extra every day. Rip-off.
